“Let your hopes, not your hurts shape your future.”
This 7th Sunday of Easter Year C focuses on unity, love and faith. Today’s readings are about people bearing heroic witness to Jesus through life and death, and the source of the inspiration behind such witness-bearing. They urge us to work for greater Christian unity and to consider the power of Christian witnessing.
Fr. Peter

The National Churches Trust (NCT) has launched a survey to better understand the challenges churches face and highlight the vital work our churches do. Our Diocesan Heritage Officer, Matthew J. Champion MA.FSA FRHistS (& from the Bishop’s Conference) urges all our parishes to take part. The response provided will be essential evidence in building a clearer picture, tell a more informed story in order to address some of the biggest challenges facing (all) churches and help ensure their future. The more churches that take part, the more the impact. The survey, open to all churches, of all denominations, is live from 6/5/25 – 30/6/25. To take part, or have more information, please go to nationalchurchestrust.org/survey Or ring Josephine Warren (Historic Churches Adviser) on +44(0)20 7901 4880.

Do join us for this potentially ‘mouth-watering’ parish occasion.
Hall Cleaner(s) for Parish Hall We are currently looking for parishioners who may be interested in taking over cleaning duties. On a self-employed basis complying with employment legislation, it may suit retired individuals of good health, able to work with minimal supervision or it could also be undertaken on a job share basis. Information/ informal discussion please contact Art, our hall manager (after Mass on Sundays or Thursdays, or by email or phone using hall contact details).
