ORDINATION GIFT A collection will be taken as you leave Mass today for those who would like to contribute towards an Ordination gift to Henry Whisenant. He did a three month placement in our parish two years ago. His ordination is on Saturday 6th July in the Cathedral in Norwich at 12noon. A coach will pick up from Aylsham 9.40 am; from North Walsham 10.05am and from Hoveton 10.30am; Please sign list at the back of the church: the £4 cost will be collected beforehand. For those wishing to travel independently, please remember there is No Parking at the Cathedral except for Blue Badge holders who should contact the Cathedral directly (01603 728935) and make sure that on the day they have the Blue Badge to hand. Lists will be collected on Sunday 23rd June, so do sign up a.s.a.p. pl.
CIVIC SERVICE at St Nichols Church, North Walsham, today Sunday at 3.00pm. This is an ecumenical service and all are welcome. It is the final day for their “Norfolk’s Finest” – a Celebration in Flowers which is open from 11.30am – 2.30pm. Tickets on the door; in aid of St Nicholas Church Tower Repairs.
SENIOR CITIZENS’ GROUP meets on Monday 10th June: am – Informal; pm – A Visit from Sister Monica. Everybody welcome.
Senior Citizens’ Pilgrimage to Walsingham, accompanied by Fr David and Deacon Ron, will take place on Monday 17th June. Seats available on coach (£5); for anyone who would like to join us, please add your name to the list in the porch at NW or contact Marianne MacQueen on 01692 402061. This is for the whole parish but the coach can only pick up from NW: it will be leaving at 10.15am and will leave Walsingham for the return journey at 3pm, arriving back in NW at around 4pm.
BIBLE STUDY Group meets on Friday 14th at 2.30pm in the hall (NW); Episode 7 – Word Made Flesh, True Bread of Heaven from the book/DVD by Fr Robert Barron.
STALHAM AREA HOUSE MASS is this coming Friday (14th) at the home of Rita Perrott, 6 Brecklands, Stalham at 7.30pm. All in the area are welcome.

READERS & EUCHRISTIC MINISTERS: there will be a Day of Reflection on Saturday 7th September from 10.30am – 3.30pm. Pl note in your diaries as all Readers and Eucharistic Ministers are expected to attend such an annual day.

Interment of the ashes of the late Mary Edney will take place at North Walsham on Sunday 16th June at 2pm.
