Pilgrimage to Rome to celebrate the Jubilee of Youth  As part of the Jubilee 2025, Bishop Peter will be leading a pilgrimage to Rome, joining with hundreds of thousands of young people from all over the world to participate in the celebrations in Rome. For more details see www.rcdea.org.uk/youth

Although there are now a very limited number of places left, anyone interested in joining the pilgrimage should contact Hamish MacQueen, Director of the Diocesan Youth Service – his email address is dys@rcdea.org.uk For all other information please go to the website (see above) or email the East Anglia Youth Service  –  igniteteam@rcdea.org.uk

Enrolment of Altar Servers  This Sunday and for the following two weeks, eight altar servers at the Sacred Heart Church will be enrolled in the Archconfraternity of Saint Stephen (the altar servers’ guild).  Congratulations are due and thanks for their loyal service.

A Pastoral Questionnaire, (mentioned earlier) is about the future of the Diocese and is available to read here along with a discussion paper.

New Sunday Missals: to order, please add your name to your church list in the narthex.

Please note: There will not be a coffee morning at St Helen’s in January or February. The next one will be on Wed 5th March 2025.

Norwich Foodbank thank all at St Helen’s for their contributions through the reverse Advent calendar donations. 18 bags or boxes were greatly received for Christmas.

Unclaimed prizes from the Bazaar are still awaiting collection at St John of the Cross, Aylsham. The numbers and prizes are:  Green 106 – Fragrance Diffuser; Green 108 – £5 Roy’s Voucher; Green 109 – Ladies Toiletries; Green 187 – Victoria Biscuits.

Margaret Larkin would like to thank all those who have sent her Christmas cards and birthday cards.  They were much appreciated.
