LENT 2014 Do make sure you have picked up the mauve leaflet ‘Lent 2014’; copies are still available at the back of the church: in it you will find listed all the Masses, Services and Devotions taking place over the coming weeks, events that can help us on our journey.
STATION MASS– this coming Thursday (27th); it will be celebrated by Bishop Hopes at St Joseph’s Church, Cromer Road, Sheringham (NR26 8RT) at 7.30pm. It is hoped that as many as possible will attend as it is important that we support this first official deanery visit of our Bishop. Confessions from 6.15pm. Don’t forget to tick the list which you will find in the porch, if you intend going .
PARISH RECONCILIATION SERVICE – this coming Saturday at 11.00am at North Walsham – an opportunity for individual confession. Also there is a Reconciliation Service at Our Lady of Refuge Church, Overstrand Rd. Cromer on Saturday 12th April at 11.00am.
PARISH REFLECTION DAY led by Fr David on “The Joy of the Gospel” is on Monday 7th April in the parish hall; starting at 11.00am (coffee from 10.30) ending at 3.00pm. Please bring food for a shared lunch.

Hoveton: Wednesday mornings following 9.30am Mass. This week it will take the form of meditations during a time of Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
Aylsham: Friday mornings following 9.30am Mass .

Ecumenical Study Course – Hoveton on Thursday 20th (7-8.30pm). This week it is at Wroxham United Reformed Church.
SENIOR CITIZENS’ GROUP meets Monday 24th: am Computer Workshop; pm The game of “Hoy”. (Change of programme).

PARISH CHOIR FOR HOLY WEEK This is open to any parishioner who would like to take part: rehearsals are on Saturday 5th April, at 2.00pm – North Walsham; on Tuesday 8th April, 7.00pm – Aylsham; on Monday 14th April at 7.00pm – North Walsham.
ST HELEN’S 4TH WEDNESDAY CLUB meets 26th March. Coffee from 11.30am, hot lunch at 12.30pm followed by readings, poems and passages of a spiritual nature, ending with tea & cake 4.00pm. All over 60s welcome.

SUMMER SCHOOL (Society of St Gregory) of liturgy and music for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 is at The Hayes Conference Centre, Swanwick, Derbyshire; Mon 28th July to Fri 1st August. This year the Society is offering 15 free places. For full information go to www.ssg.org.uk
